Before You Book
How far ahead should we book wedding rentals?
We recommend booking 3–6 months ahead for peak wedding season. Planning something sooner? Just ask and we’ll check availability.
Do you deliver to wedding venues across Oʻahu?
Yes. From beachfront to ballroom, we deliver to most wedding venues across Oʻahu, from Honolulu to the North Shore. Delivery is quoted by location.
Is there a minimum order or guest count?
No minimums. Weddings of 25 to 100 guests are our sweet spot. Expecting more guests? Let’s talk inventory.
Who clears and washes the dishes at our reception?
We do. Once your waitstaff clears, our scullery specialist sweeps, swishes, counts, repacks and searches for missing pieces on-site. It comes standard with delivery at no extra charge.
Can we see the pieces before our wedding?
We don’t have a showroom, but we’ll put together a mockup of the pieces you’re considering. Just ask when you inquire.
Can we add dessert to our wedding?
Yes. Our sister company, Kālele Eats, serves gourmet shave ice, malasadas, gelato and affogatos in our own coupes and cups, so dessert matches your table.
